A 22-year-old man, identified as Adil Ditta from Raven Street, Nelson, Lancashire, has found himself in legal hot water following an incident involving a significant quantity of cocaine found abandoned in a car near Halifax last year.
Ditta faces charges of possession of cocaine with intent to supply and dangerous driving in connection with an episode involving a Volkswagen Golf on Cross Lane, Shelf, on October 5 of the previous year.
The accused, Adil Ditta, made his appearance before magistrates at Bradford on Friday, March 22, where he was remanded into custody pending his appearance at Bradford Crown Court scheduled for April 19.
