Authorities in Calderdale are seeking assistance from the public to identify individuals involved in an assault incident that occurred in the early hours of Saturday, 3rd February.

The incident, which unfolded around 1:30 am on Tuel Lane in Sowerby Bridge, near the junction with Wharf Street, left a male victim with severe injuries requiring hospitalisation.

Prior to the assault, it is understood that there was a verbal altercation between the victim and the suspects at The New Roxy’s in Sowerby Bridge. Subsequently, they were removed from the premises.

Calderdale District CID is urging anyone with information regarding the identities of these individuals or who may have witnessed the incident to come forward.
