Police in Huddersfield, conducting an ongoing investigation into the stabbing of a 17-year-old on Town Avenue, have apprehended additional suspects, bolstering their efforts to piece together the incident.

In a recent operation at a hotel on Gower Street, Leeds, authorities took a 17-year-old male into custody in connection with the stabbing. This individual is the fourth person arrested as part of the inquiry, and he is currently undergoing questioning.

Previously, a 16-year-old male and two others aged 17 and 19, who were arrested shortly after the incident on Tuesday, have been released on police bail pending further investigation.

The injured victim, discovered outside a residence on Town Avenue at approximately 8:37 on January 2, is receiving medical treatment in a hospital and is reported to be in stable condition.
