Police are urgently seeking information to locate a 24-year-old man who has disappeared from a mental health facility in Leeds.

Kayode Iyekowa, a resident of Burmantofts, was reported missing by staff at the Becklin Centre on Alma Street at 4.36 pm yesterday. Concerns for his well-being are immediate, and the public is advised not to approach him but to promptly notify the police of any sightings.

Described as 5ft 10ins tall, with a slim build, and sporting short dreadlocks, Kayode is of black ethnicity. CCTV footage captured him visiting a family member’s address in Burmantofts around 6 pm yesterday. However, he left shortly thereafter. A snapshot from the footage reveals the clothing he was wearing.

Members of the public are urged to contact Leeds District CID with any information that may aid in tracing Kayode. It is crucial to act swiftly in helping the authorities ensure his safe return.
