The Police have confirmed the death of a pedestrian following an incident on Great Horton Road in Bradford on the 13th of December.

Mohammed Sadiq, a 63-year-old resident of Bradford, succumbed to his injuries in the hospital on the 27th of December.

Mr. Sadiq was a pedestrian involved in a hit-and-run collision with a black VW Golf on Great Horton Road at 12:27 on the 13th of December.

A 25-year-old man was apprehended at a nearby police station shortly after the incident. He has since been released on bail pending further investigations.

Authorities continue to seek information from individuals who witnessed the collision, observed the vehicle before or after the event, or possess dash cam footage.
