The police are releasing an image of a man they wish to interview in connection with a robbery at a store in Huddersfield.

Huddersfield CID is seeking information from anyone who can identify the individual shown in the picture. This comes as part of their ongoing investigation into a robbery that occurred at a newsagents on Colne Road, Huddersfield, on Thursday, December 7.

The incident transpired at 5:25 pm, when a male suspect entered the store and threatened a female staff member. Subsequently, he physically assaulted the victim and absconded with cash from the till. Although the victim was unharmed, she was left deeply shaken by the ordeal.

Police officers are eager to speak with anyone capable of identifying the male suspect or individuals who may have been driving in the vicinity at the time of the robbery and possess dashcam footage.

Detectives are specifically interested in speaking to those with footage covering the Kings Bridge Road, Colne Road, or Firth Street areas during the incident.
