Detectives probing two bank robberies in Wakefield have formally accused a man of the crimes.
Michael Hayden Jones, 27, with no fixed address, faces charges of robbery.
He appeared before Leeds magistrates today (Wednesday) and was held in custody until his next court appearance on 29 November.
The charges stem from incidents at the Halifax branch in Ossett on Monday, 30 October, and the Yorkshire Building Society in Wakefield on 26 October.
