Police in Dewsbury have apprehended two males in connection with the incidents involving damaged speed cameras. The investigation is ongoing, focusing on the event that occurred around 9:09pm on Monday, October 23. During this incident, individuals on a quad bike caused harm to street infrastructure along Leeds Road, situated between Batley and Dewsbury.
Two camera poles sustained damage, with one falling onto the road. Following their inquiries, officers apprehended two males, aged 22 and 21, on suspicion of committing criminal damage. Subsequently, they were released on police bail while the investigation continues.
