The police in Bradford are currently conducting an investigation following three instances of criminal damage and public order offences in Keighley.

Over the past 24 hours, officers responded to three separate incidents; two transpired at a McDonald’s establishment on Hard Ings Road, and the third at a Starbucks located on Bingley Street. Fortunately, no injuries were reported in any of the incidents.

A man in his twenties has been apprehended in connection with one of the incidents, and enquiries are ongoing with Bradford District Police.

Chief Inspector Paul Wood of Bradford District Police said; “We are aware of videos circulating on social media in relation to the incidents above.

“These incidents are understandably distressing to those locally, but thankfully no one was injured during these incidents.

“Enhanced high visibility patrols are being deployed in the Keighley and wider Bradford area to provide reassurance to the community.

“We urge anyone with information who has not yet been in contact with the police, and who may be able to assist with the ongoing investigation, to reach out to Bradford District Police using the 101LiveChat function on the website or by dialling 101, quoting reference 13230605682.
