Police in Cleckheaton are releasing photographs of individuals they wish to speak with in connection to two burglaries. Kirklees District Police officers are seeking assistance in their investigation into burglary incidents at Woodhead Street and Tailor Close in Cleckheaton on October 20.

In the first incident on Woodhead Street, an attempted burglary occurred at 5.30pm, where two men were observed attempting to break into a property. However, they fled the scene without gaining entry after being noticed by a member of the public.

Shortly after that, the second incident occurred on Tailor Close at 5.50pm. The victims returned home to discover that their house had been robbed, with property stolen. A grey VW Golf with a cloned registration OY58 MLV was observed leaving both addresses.

Kirklees District Police are urging anyone with information to come forward and assist in their enquiries regarding these burglary offences.
