Joss Stone and the Change + Check Choir led by Lorraine have unveiled their charity single, ‘Golden,’ today, marking a highly anticipated release.
In commemoration of the fifth year of the groundbreaking breast cancer awareness initiative, Change + Check, the choir, consisting of 20 women who discovered their breast cancer through ITV’s Lorraine campaign, takes the forefront in this charitable musical project. The single is a poignant tribute to Hannah Hawkins, a 33-year-old Lorraine producer who sadly succumbed to secondary breast cancer.
With the goal of propelling ‘Golden’ to the summit of the charts and inspiring more individuals to conduct breast self-examinations, Grammy Award-winning singer Joss Stone enthusiastically participated in the performance. Stone was drawn to the cause after learning about the campaign during her recent appearance on Lorraine.
