ITV is pleased to announce that Tatiana Jezierski, formerly the Strategy Director at Mother, will assume the role of Head of Creative Strategy at ITV Creative later this month. She will be joining the leadership team of ITV’s in-house creative agency, alongside Niki Garner, Director of ITV Creative, who was also previously at Mother.

The Head of Creative Strategy is a newly established position within ITV Creative and will be part of the Creative Leadership team, working alongside the Executive Creative Director, Head of Campaign Management, Head of Production, and Head of Post Production. This role provides the opportunity to build and lead a team. Tatiana’s specific responsibilities will include integrating strategy into the agency and collaborating closely with the Executive Creative Director to ensure that all future content is ambitious, innovative, and cohesive across all aspects of the business. Her mandate is to consistently elevate the creative output of ITV Creative for ITV, its partner brands, and ITVX, ensuring engagement with the UK audience and complementing the award-winning content.

Tatiana will build on the success of recent campaigns, such as the award-winning launch of ITVX, the System1-acclaimed FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023 ad as the Most Engaging Ad of the Tournament, and the highly successful relaunch of Big Brother, marking its best launch since 2010.

Tatiana developed her strategy skills at Mother, where she joined in 2016 and led strategy for various brands, including IKEA, KFC, Greenpeace, and Gousto. She commenced her creative agency career at Engine Group through its graduate programme.
