BBC Radio 6 Music is set to bring back its Albums of the Year for 2023. The station’s hosts have picked an album that has particularly impressed them this year, and all their selections will be celebrated in December.

In the upcoming five weeks, Matt Everitt’s weekly show, New Album Fix (Fridays, 3 am-4 am), will feature a special Albums of the Year segment. Matt will delve into each of the 6 Music Albums of the Year one by one.

Exclusively available on BBC Sounds from the Monday preceding the broadcast, each episode will showcase the selected albums.
