The family of a woman who tragically passed away following a stabbing incident at a residence in Leeds has released a photograph of her.
Mandy Barnett, aged 60, succumbed to her injuries in hospital after being assaulted at a property in Prince Edward Grove, Farnley on Monday, 23rd October.
Upon receiving a report from the ambulance service regarding their treatment of a woman with stab wounds at the scene, officers promptly attended the address.
The Homicide and Major Enquiry Team of West Yorkshire Police is currently conducting an investigation into the incident. A 17-year-old male, whose identity is protected for legal reasons, has been detained in custody and charged with the murder of Mandy.
The family of Mandy have also kindly requested that their privacy be respected during this profoundly sorrowful period.
