The police in Wakefield are seeking witnesses following a severe assault on a man. Detectives wish to speak with anyone who saw or possesses information about the incident, which occurred on Saville Street in Wakefield’s Green area on Friday, October 13.
The incident transpired between 7.05pm and 10.10pm when the victim, a man in his thirties, was attacked by another man who subsequently fled the scene. Wakefield CID is currently conducting inquiries into the matter, and individuals who witnessed the assault are urged to get in touch with the officers.
