Detectives in Kirklees, UK, have unveiled images of stolen items from a burglary that occurred in Netherton, Huddersfield, last week. Their aim is to track down either the items or the individuals involved.

The burglary transpired between 9pm on Wednesday (18/10) and 7:25am on Thursday (19/10). Among the stolen possessions were jewellery and a collection of gold and silver coins, with an estimated value of up to £75,000.

The culprits utilised a pillowcase, akin to the one depicted in the images, which was taken from the residence to transport the pilfered items.

Detective Constable Christopher Eglen of the Huddersfield District Crime Team said: “This is a unique collection of gold/silver coins and I am asking anybody who may have knowledge of the whereabouts of these items or knowledge of the people involved in the offence to contact West Yorkshire Police and assist us with our ongoing enquiries”.
