The police in Calderdale are seeking witnesses after an assault took place. This occurred around 2pm on Saturday, 23rd September. During the incident, a man on a pedal bike was assaulted by a group of males whilst travelling along Baker Fold in Halifax. The man sustained minor injuries, and his bicycle was also damaged.

Two individuals, aged 38 and 19, have been apprehended in connection with this event. The Calderdale District CID is currently conducting an investigation.

The incident occurred in proximity to Pellon Lane, and it is believed that several individuals may have witnessed the event due to the daytime occurrence.
