The beloved BBC One music quiz show, The Hit List, where teams vie for a £10,000 prize, has been greenlit for a seventh series. It is slated to grace our screens in 2024. Presented by the dynamic husband and wife duo, Marvin and Rochelle Humes, the quiz is brimming with fantastic music. Contestant pairs strive to identify the artist and title of popular songs across three distinct rounds. The ultimate challenge, The Final Chart Rundown, awaits the last standing couple, offering them the chance to pocket up to £10,000.

The forthcoming series is on the lookout for fresh contenders. Those who play along at home and believe they’ve got the mettle can apply to participate in the show.

Produced by Tuesday’s Child Scotland and filmed at Pacific Quay in Glasgow, The Hit List will return with six regular episodes and six celebrity specials.

The Hit List hosts Marvin and Rochelle Humes say: “We are so excited to be back with our SEVENTH series! We have so much fun hosting the show together, and we’re excited to see what this next series will bring. We’re looking forward to more Saturday night fun that will have you shouting the answers at your TV!”

Karen Smith, Executive Producer of The Hit List, added: “It is truly amazing to have The Hit List recommissioned for its seventh series. I hope that viewers will enjoy the great music selection that will transform their living rooms into a house party!”
