Two individuals were scheduled to make an appearance at Leeds Magistrates Court today, which is Monday, 4th September, following their arrest on charges related to a series of violent incidents in Wakefield.

Nabeel Khan, aged 29, residing on Moorcroft Road in Bradford, and Gary Darling, aged 53, residing on St Clares Avenue in Bradford, have each faced charges of two counts of causing intentional harm, robbery, and possession of a Class A substance with the intent to distribute.

These offences transpired on Friday, 1st September. The assaults unfolded on Park Lodge Lane in Wakefield, while the robbery occurred shortly after that outside a taxi rank on Lower Warrengate in Wakefield. Both victims of the assaults sustained severe but not life-threatening stab wounds.
