West Yorkshire Police’s Roads Policing officers are seeking witnesses following a severe road traffic collision in Bradford, during which a male individual sustained life-threatening injuries.

The incident occurred on Usher Street at approximately 10:30 pm on Saturday night (2/9).

A Volkswagen Passat was stationary on the road when the male occupant exited the vehicle through the passenger door and climbed onto the car’s boot. Subsequently, the Passat accelerated in the direction of Wakefield Road, causing the victim to fall to the ground.

The male, who is in his 40s, sustained significant head injuries as a consequence of the incident and was subsequently transported to the hospital.
