The residents of Bradford will soon have the opportunity to purchase and service their cars in a stylish manner, thanks to a multi-million-pound refurbished showroom set to open this autumn.
Ray Chapman Motors Bradford, located on Canal Road, is presently undergoing an extensive refurbishment project, which will also entail the retailer’s relocation to a new spot on Canal Road, taking over the former Jaguar site. This renovation comes in the wake of the official name change from Clive Brook Volvo Bradford to Ray Chapman Motors Bradford.
The retailer is slated to open its doors for sales, servicing, MoT tests, and repairs on Monday, 9th October. The revamped showroom will boast Volvo’s distinctive lounge area, complete with Scandinavian furnishings, complimentary Wi-Fi, and offerings of Swedish cakes and coffee. Customers will be encouraged to unwind while their car receives attention, or they can choose to continue working using the Wi-Fi.
The showroom will showcase the latest range of impressive Volvo vehicles, including the all-electric XC40 and plug-in hybrids, in addition to a selection of over 100 Volvo Selekt Approved Used models. These Approved Used cars undergo a thorough examination to ensure they not only meet safety standards but also perform at the highest level, thanks to the latest Volvo parts and software.
The retailer will also uphold their streamlined service for car owners, effectively halving waiting times. The Volvo Personal Service involves the same technician handling the customer’s needs from the booking stage right through to explaining the services carried out. Two technicians collaborate on each car, reducing the time required to complete the service.
To mark the grand opening, Ray Chapman Motors Bradford extends a warm welcome to the local community*, along with Kristian Elvefors, Managing Director of Volvo Car UK, for a special launch event on Thursday, 12th October. The event, themed around a casino, will offer attendees an exclusive first glimpse of the cutting-edge showroom, as well as the chance to engage with the expert team.
