The police in Huddersfield are requesting information regarding a severe assault that took place. This incident occurred during the early hours of Tuesday, 3rd August on Wakefield Road in Aspley.

A gentleman in his thirties sustained grave injuries after being assaulted by a group of males, near Huddersfield University and Sainsbury’s. Fortunately, his injuries were not life-threatening.

The individuals suspected of the assault were observed fleeing towards the town centre.
