A 22-year-old man, Krisztian Glonczi, residing at Kilpin Hill Lane, Dewsbury, is scheduled to stand trial for the alleged attempted rape of a woman in Batley.
The incident is said to have occurred off Taylor Street in Batley on Monday, September 11.
Glonczi was set to make an appearance before magistrates in Leeds today.
