A preview clip from the upcoming documentary “Hamza: Strictly Birds of Prey” reveals the astounding variety of exquisite raptors gracefully gliding through the skies above us.
Fresh from triumphing in Strictly Come Dancing 2022 and captivating the hearts of viewers upon the series’ return on 16th September, the wildlife cameraman’s latest documentary – a year in the making – uncovers Hamza’s genuine ardor: birds of prey.
We encounter hen harriers in the Cairngorms, white-tailed eagles in the Ardnamurchan Peninsula, hobbies and marsh harriers above the Somerset Levels, and urban peregrine falcons nesting at Ealing Hospital in West London.
Altogether, the film highlights nine remarkable birds of prey – some of which may even dwell in close proximity to you, if you simply cast your gaze skyward.
Tune in to “Hamza: Strictly Birds of Prey” starting Sunday 24th September at 7pm on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
