Farsley Celtic has officially announced the signing of Sam Leverett, a 20-year-old midfielder, on a permanent contract from Swansea City, a Championship side.
Sam’s football journey saw him progress through the Leeds United Academy until the age of 18, at which point he signed professional terms with Swansea City. He has since been a standout performer in their U23’s squad.
Chairman Paul Barthorpe commented “This is a real coup for us, Sam had a number of options, so deciding to become part of the project we are developing here is very pleasing for what we are trying to achieve.
Sam is a talented young player with a good pedigree and proven track record and is one we are very happy to get over the line!”
