BBC Studios Kids & Family Productions has received a commission to create the second series of “Bro’s in Control” for CBBC.

Boasting a combined following of over 5 million, social media sensations Adam Beales and his closest companion, Joe Tasker, are set to return, taking on a series of challenges devised by Adam’s younger sibling, Callum. The ultimate showdown will witness Adam and Joe pitted against each other in a series of uproarious, cringe-inducing, and occasionally hair-raising trials. But who will emerge as the ultimate victor?

The fresh series will introduce an array of novel challenges, ensuring viewers are kept on tenterhooks. From unscrambling an anagram while hurtling through the air on a tandem skydive to experiencing a day in the leisurely life of a sloth, and completing a set of tasks while donning oversized footwear.

Joe Tasker says: “Series one crammed in so many laughs and challenges, this series has jam-packed even more in. From a 15,000-foot skydive to hidden cameras in a zoo, I can’t stress enough how much we laughed filming this, and how much you’ll laugh watching it!”

Cecilia Persson, Managing Director of Kids & Family Productions at BBC Studios, says: “We are delighted to be producing the second series of Bro’s in Control for CBBC, building on our existing multi-genre portfolio of exciting and successful productions including Blue Peter and Phoenix Rise.

Sarah Muller, Senior Head of BBC Children’s Commissioning 7+ says: “Bro’s in Control delivers the engaging, contemporary content that Adam, Callum and Joe’s digital audience love on YouTube, but in broadcast quality. We can’t wait to welcome them back for a second series.”

“Bro’s in Control” is a production of BBC Studios Kids & Family. Yvonne Jennings serves as the Executive Producer, with Vix Harrison as the Series Producer at BBC Studios Kids & Family Productions. The series was commissioned for CBBC by Sarah Muller, Senior Head of BBC Children’s Commissioning 7+, and is set to air on CBBC later in the year.
