Annie Macmanus and Nick Grimshaw have reunited to delve into the latest music stories in their brand-new weekly BBC podcast, “Sidetracked with Annie and Nick.”

Every week, Annie and Nick engage in lively discussions about the music world, aided by artists, friends, industry experts, and listeners. “Sidetracked” is all about candid opinions and anecdotes that go beyond the surface.

The essence of the podcast is rooted in music, with artwork by Studio Moross (known for their work with Kylie, Spice Girls, Disclosure) and audio imagery by A.K. Paul (associated with Jai Paul, Jessie Ware, Sam Smith, Foals).

Covering both the music scene and their own lives, “Sidetracked with Annie and Nick” is the go-to destination for music and pop culture enthusiasts seeking an authentic and amusing perspective on the week’s most engaging stories, all while getting delightfully sidetracked in the process.

Annie Macmanus says: “I’m dead excited to be working with Grim again. He is one of my oldest friends and together with a top BBC production team, I think we’re going to make something really authentic and fun – an essential listen for all fans of music and music culture. I can’t wait to get stuck in.”

Nick Grimshaw says: “I’m so excited to be able to spend time together discussing the week in music, from the sublime to the ridiculous.”

Lorna Clarke, BBC Director of Music says: “It’s great that Annie and Nick are back in the BBC family with their unique sense of fun and passion for music. I can’t think of a better duo to bring music fans the inside scoop from the entertainment industry and bring together an audience of music and pop culture lovers.”
