British Transport Police officers are currently looking into a series of criminal damage incidents involving cars at Bramley Railway Station. Recently, a Vauxhall Corsa experienced vandalism with its rear and offside windows being smashed and the car being ransacked on the night of Sunday 31 July to Monday 1 August. Another incident involved a Mercedes A Class, which was also targeted with its window smashed and items stolen during the early hours of Wednesday 12 July.
Over the course of this year, starting from March, there have been a total of 16 similar criminal damage cases reported at this location. The investigations are ongoing, and the authorities are seeking assistance from the public. A CCTV image is being released to the public in the hope that the two individuals pictured may have vital information that could aid the investigation.
