Bradford Council’s Markets Team and the National Science and Media Museum are teaming up to present an exhilarating Science Showdown event at Oastler Market on Saturday, August 5th.
During this event, three prominent scientists will engage in a captivating competition, showcasing their incredible experiments. The audience will play a crucial role in determining the winner, so we encourage everyone to attend and cheer for their favourite scientist.
The experiments will delve into fascinating scientific discoveries, exploring topics such as the solar system, the journey of light, and the significance of prevention over cure.
These enthralling shows are completely free and will each run for 30 minutes. You can catch them at 11 am, 12 pm, and 1 pm in the Oastler Market Pop Up Cinema Room, situated at the back of the market.
This event is part of a summer series taking place at various venues while the National Science and Media Museum undergoes temporary closure.
