Today, the Cougars have made an official announcement regarding Luca Atkinson’s transfer to Huddersfield Giants Reserves, set to take place this upcoming weekend.
Jake Webster said: “Luca has been a great addition to the Cougars side in recent weeks and has bags of potential. With opportunities fairly limited at the moment, we thought it best to give Luca the opportunity to stay match-fit. I am sure he will feature in the run-in towards the end of the season. The young boys we’ve brought in have been an absolute credit and a real shot in the arm. The future is looking to bring these boys around.
Luca can be recalled to Keighley at any point.
