A 37-year-old male is scheduled to face magistrates in Bradford on the 26th July, as he stands accused of manslaughter.
The charges stem from an incident that occurred on 12th July the previous year at the Tesco Express petrol station located on Keighley Road, Halifax.
During this incident, Stephen Graham, aged 55, was subjected to an assault.
Tragically, Mr. Graham succumbed to his injuries and passed away in a hospital on 27th July of the same year.
