Blyth Spartans Football Club has secured the services of Finn Cousin-Dawson on a season-long loan from Bradford City, bolstering their defensive line for the upcoming 2023/24 campaign.
The 21-year-old defender, who recently completed a successful stint at the National League North side, will now don the Spartans’ colours throughout the entire season.
Cousin-Dawson, a talented product of the Bantam’s esteemed academy, made his professional breakthrough in July 2020. His performances on the field earned him a new long-term contract in January 2021, solidifying his commitment to the Bradford City outfit.
With 40 appearances already under his belt, the young defender has showcased his skills while wearing the claret and amber.
However, the defender’s move to Blyth Spartans is still pending the necessary clearances from both the English Football League (EFL) and the Football Association (FA). These clearances are essential in ensuring that the loan agreement adheres to the regulations set by the governing bodies.
