Authorities are seeking assistance from the public in their investigation after a cyclist sustained severe injuries from a bike accident on Wakefield Road, Oulton. The incident occurred yesterday afternoon (Wednesday, 12 July), and the police are urging any witnesses to come forward.
The collision transpired opposite the junction with Oulton Drive, approximately at 3.30pm. The cyclist, identified as riding a blue pedal cycle, was descending down the road from the direction of Royds Lane. Notably, no other vehicles were implicated in the accident.
