Police have launched an investigation following an assault that occurred last night at The Station, a pub located on Otley Road in Guiseley. Authorities were alerted to the incident at 21:11 on May 26 after receiving reports of an ongoing fight.

Upon arrival at the scene, officers discovered a 39-year-old man with head injuries. The victim was promptly transported to the hospital where he remains in a serious but stable condition. Fortunately, his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

At the time of the assault, several individuals were present inside the pub and in the adjoining beer garden. The police are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the incident or captured it on their mobile phones to come forward with information. Authorities are particularly interested in obtaining any video footage that could assist with their investigation.

Leeds CID (Criminal Investigation Department) is conducting inquiries into the matter, including a thorough review of CCTV footage in and around the premises.
