The Bradford District and Craven Health and Care Partnership (BDC HCP) are inviting the public to their sixth Partnership Board meeting on Friday 12 May at Carlisle Hall, Carlisle Business Centre, BD8 8BD.

BDC HCP is made up of local NHS organisations, local councils, independent care organisations and the voluntary and community sector that serves a population of around 650,000 people.

This is an excellent opportunity for local people to learn more about the work that the partnership is doing to improve the quality of life for the residents of Bradford District and Craven. The meeting will provide an overview of the progress made so far, the challenges we are facing, and the strategies we are implementing to overcome them.

In March, the Health and Care Partnership heard about the impact of industrial action and ‘Listen in’ activities – involvement teams and senior leaders from across the partnership visited community groups and local people in Keighley understand what mattered most to them. The report is available on engagebdc.com

At Friday’s meeting there will feedback from the latest phase of ‘Listen in’, a report of views and experiences from local people from Bradford West, as well as items on the latest industrial action, COVID-19, the Hewitt Review and the new service for people with alcohol and drug issues in Bradford District.

Questions asked by the public will be brought to the board for discussion and answering. As members of the community, your input and feedback are valuable to us. Your attendance at this meeting can help us to better understand your concerns and priorities and enable us to tailor our efforts to meet your needs.

Members of the public can submit questions on our digital engagement platform at: engagebdc.com/partnership-board.
