A man has been charged with multiple offences including stalking, assault and intentional strangulation.
Bailey Betker, 26 of Burnley Road, Sowerby Bridge was charged yesterday (25/4) for seven offences in relation to incidents alleged to have happened in the Calderdale area between February and April this year.
He was charged with stalking, two counts of common assault, two counts of criminal damage, intentional strangulation and threats to commit damage.
A West Yorkshire Police spokesperson said; “The charges relate to an investigation by Calderdale’s Domestic Abuse Team and he has been remanded in custody and is due to appear in court at a later date. “
